Our training ranges from:

  • a cortado hour to multi-day deeply practical compost methodologies
  • individual enthusiasts to community groups wanting to work at scale
  • online webinars to in-person hands-on build projects
  • microscope workshops to embodied learning and bog dances
  • all the way to immersive, artistic and performative explorations on the transformative and healing capacity of decay and recomposition.


As much as possible we offer training free or heavily subsidised to the learner, which is funded through grants.  For example, National Lottery Players funded the Community Composting Schools in 2024.  We will be applying for more funding to repeat the Schools in 2026-7 once the application window opens again for us to do so.
